How hiring works

A tanning bed without
buying it outright.

Commercial sunbed rental starts with your salon and your plans. We help you choose between stand-up and lay-down, then confirm the costs and terms before the agreement starts.

    Tell us about your salon, the room and how many beds you are considering.

  2. Check your salon and agree the details

    We discuss your room and confirm the installation requirements, delivery and full quotation before you agree to anything.

  3. Start tanning

    Hire runs for an initial 12 months, then continues on a rolling monthly basis. Rental is billed monthly.

  4. We look after it

    Cyrano responds to all maintenance needs and replaces the lamps free of charge every 700 hours.

Discuss your room before you commit.

Tell us whether you have premises secured, the room size and any equipment already installed. If you are still planning the salon, you can enquire before choosing a bed.

Our team will confirm the electrical and installation requirements for your salon, along with delivery and the full hire quotation. Include any questions about your premises in the enquiry below.

The initial agreement is 12 months, followed by rolling monthly hire. You can hire up to two sunbeds per salon; availability is confirmed when you enquire.

How much does it cost to hire a sunbed?

The Luxura V6 costs £55 + VAT per week and the Luxura X7 Special costs £60 + VAT per week, payable monthly. The monthly rental and upfront costs for each machine are shown above. Servicing, maintenance and lamp replacement every 700 hours are included.

Which sunbeds are available to hire?

The current rental fleet includes the vertical Luxura V6 Special and the lay-down Luxura X7 Special. Availability can change, so contact the team to confirm what is ready for your salon.

How many sunbeds can I hire?

Cyrano currently supplies up to two rental sunbeds per salon. Tell us what you are planning and the team will confirm the suitable option.

When are the lamps changed?

Cyrano replaces the lamps free of charge every 700 hours. Contact the team as the bed approaches 700 hours and we will arrange the change.

Do I pay separately for maintenance and repairs?

Cyrano responds to all maintenance needs. Servicing, maintenance, lamp replacement every 700 hours and repairs covered by the rental agreement are included in the rental cost.

Can I buy the sunbed later?

Talk to the sales team if you are considering buying the bed during your hire agreement. The team will confirm the options for your agreement.

How long is the rental agreement?

The initial commitment is 12 months. After that, the agreement continues on a rolling monthly basis.
