Apply for a Trade Account

Why you can’t see prices

Cyrano is a trade supplier. We sell to UK tanning salons, beauty salons and spas rather than to the public, so prices sit behind a trade account instead of being published on the open web. Anyone can browse the full range — only an approved account sees what it costs.

What an approved account gives you

• Trade prices across everything you can buy online: tanning lotions in sachets and bottles, sunbed lamps, cleaning products and salon supplies.
• A pricing tier of your own. Accounts sit on our standard trade pricing or on one of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each better than the last. We set yours when we approve the account.
• Online ordering whenever it suits you, with free DPD delivery on orders containing at least £150 of goods excluding VAT after trade discounts and promotions. For next-working-day delivery on eligible, in-stock products, order before 3pm Monday to Thursday.
• Your order history and saved delivery addresses, in one place.
• A direct line on the equipment we price on application — sunbeds, lamps and the rest. Send us the details and our sales team comes back to you.

What you need to apply

Your salon’s trading address. That is the whole of it.

We don’t ask for a VAT number, a Companies House number, trade references or proof of trading. You don’t need to be a limited company either — sole traders and salons that aren’t registered for VAT are just as welcome. The form asks for your contact details, your salon’s name and where it trades from, and it takes a couple of minutes.

How long approval takes

One to two working days. Our team checks that the application is a genuine UK salon and then opens the account.

You’ll get an email confirming your account is open. From then on, prices appear on products available to buy online as soon as you sign in, and you can order straight away.

Before you apply

• Fill the form in completely. Applications that arrive part-finished are not approved.
• UK salons only. Please don’t apply if you are an online seller — the application will be rejected.
