HOW TO Add a Sunbed to a T-Max System
Setting the addresses: The easiest way to address T-Max timers after replacement of timer or fresh install.
Turn power off to all timers and manager – take out computer cable if attached. Turn power back on to timers only then.
- Apply power to the T-Max manager and wait until it stops scanning.
- Press the start/stop button under displays 1 and 10 on the T-Max manager at the same time until the displays change and show Zeros in displays 6, 7 and 8. Release the start/stop buttons.
- Press the set buttons under displays 6, 7 and 8 until the number for security level 2 is displayed. 0 22 22.
- Once the security number is shown in displays 6, 7 and 8 press the start/stop button under display 1. The displays will change to several numbers.
- Press and release start/stop button under display 2. This in turn will cause display 3 on the T-Max manager to change to 1.
a. Each T-Max timer will now display ‘99’ and beep continuously. - Now go to each room and press start/stop button on each timer in the order you wish to display room numbers on the T-Max manager.
- Once all addresses have been entered and completed, press the ‘change of display’ button on the T-Max manager. After a short pause the T-Max manager will scan and show a number under each display that represents a bed number. (Rooms that do not have an address will be indicated with two dashes ‘- -‘)
- The installation is now complete.
Note: This process must be carried out when all timers are NOT in use. e.g. No timers/beds are in operation whilst this procedure is being carried out.
